About the Role:
As a Founding Sales Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in defining our company's growth and success. Collaborate closely with our go-to-market team to introduce our AI product to the market. You will develop opportunities, drive profitable new business to close, and grow our customer base globally. What you'll do(but not limited to):
- Develop and execute sales plan to drive revenue and grow market presence.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities globally.
- Stay updated on the evolving market landscape to seize emerging prospects.
- Create and deliver compelling sales proposals, secure contracts, and close deals.
- Manage and optimize the sales pipeline to ensure a balanced flow of leads, opportunities, and successful closures.
- Cultivate and nurture leads through diverse channels.
- Foster strong client relationships, ensuring outstanding customer service and satisfaction.
What you'll need:
- Proven success in selling software to financial institutions.
- Technical aptitude to grasp and effectively communicate product features and benefits. Previous sales experience in AI is a plus.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for building lasting customer relationships.
- Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth in a global market.
- Driven and results-oriented, with a proactive and entrepreneurial mindset.
- Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Hands-on approach to swiftly implement innovative ideas.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
